Inspired by the modern-day food scene from New York and London, restauranteur partners Niko Tiftikidis, Anthony Protoulis and Paolo Carrara had a vision to create a current restaurant and bar in Cape Town with the same dynamism to rival its overseas counterparts.
The owners really care about getting it right every-time: from the food they serve, the ingredients they make on site or the people they employ to be part of their restauranteur journey.
